About the programme

The Brent Business Digital Inclusion Programmes will provide access to local professional advice, webinars and tutorials to help local businesses take the next steps to become more digitally confident and have/improve their digital presence.

This is a fully funded service supported through the Brent Council Digital Inclusion Fund, and will be running from April 2025 to September 2025.

Please note: Spaces are limited, therefore businesses will be seen on a first come, first served basis.

How the Programme Could Help You

This programme is designed to help entrepreneurs, micro businesses, small and medium size businesses in Brent by improving their understanding of the beneﬁts that digital technology can bring to their operations. Our programme will provide bespoke webinars/workshops, such as:

Creating your Google Business Profile
Mastering email marketing
Using QR codes for lead generation
Cyber security: Safeguarding your business
Using LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube for your business
Creating a digital marketing strategy
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Tips and tricks
Suggested topics from participants will be considered

With these educational opportunities and through one-to-one advice sessions, local business owners should become more confident in using digital services to improve their operational efficiency, attract customers and increase sales. Once you have registered, we will be in touch and book you in to see one of our digital advisers, and refer you to our webinars and workshops.

What's Included?

One-to-One Support

Once you have registered, we will get in touch to book you in for a one-to-one session with our digital advisor. These sessions can be held online or in-person.

Webinars and Workshops

We have a range of webinars and workshops you can attend. Covering topics such as creating your Google Business Profile, using social media platforms, and improving your Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) into your business.

Action Plan

Following your one-to-one, you will receive a short report containing an action plan with recommendations to improve your online presence.

Progress Reviews

Ongoing support will be provided to help implement your action plan. This programme also provides additional training and educational resources to build your skills and feel conﬁdent going forward.

This is a free programme available to small and medium businesses in the London Borough of Brent. To access this programme, your business must be located in the Borough and have fewer than 250 employees.
