Can you remember being in a really strong team, perhaps you are still in that enviable position? Somehow there’s a special spring in people’s step and everything seems possible. The challenge is to maintain that spirit, especially if you are going through significant change such as reorganising the team, bringing new people into the team or starting a major project.
This session will give you some tools and techniques to keep a team’s performance at its maximum potential.
