Business Plans and Business Forecasts

According to Investopedia.com the definition of a business plan is
“a written document that describes in detail how a business, usually a new one, is going to achieve its goals. A business plan lays out a written plan from a marketing, financial and operational viewpoint.”
Work with our team of expert business consultants, who have extensive experience and a track record of producing business plans, which have impressed potential investors such as bankers and business angels, and which ended up securing funding for a variety of business ventures.
A typical business plan process starts with a meeting, where we get to know you and your business proposition in more detail: what it is, why you are doing it, who your audience is and how you are going to market and operate it. And of course, we’ll discuss timescales and funding.
Please note that there is more to a successful business plan than writing it and that we are not in a position to guarantee success.
Cost: Minimum fees start at £750 (excl. VAT) for a standard business plan and include a two or three year financial forecast.
